Service Description
Working with the eight limbs of the Ashtanga Yoga of the Yogasutra, this class will weave movement with philosophy as we practice a modified version of Ashtanga-Vinyasa's Primary Series. With a consistent focus on a set sequence of postures linked through our movement and breath, we can deepen our experience and notice the progress that we are making. Learning this sequence can also serve as a foundational tool in creating a stable and reliable home practice, as well as increasing our ability to infuse our practices with intention and kindness. All are welcome. This practice meets you where you are in order to help you get to where you want to be. Come flow with us.
