Meditation is a simple practice, but that does not mean that it is easy. With one foot rooted in Yogic traditions and the other willing to explore modern experiences, this class aims to help you find the tools that work for your practice and your life. Meditation takes many forms, but at its core, all of these practices share a common foundation of paying attention, focusing, and concentrating. We will explore these cornerstones as we learn to calm our bodies and minds as we discover our relationship with ourselves and begin to disentangle ourselves from the thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve us. We all deserve a break from our thoughts, come find yours. All are welcome! Whether you're a seasoned practitioner looking for a new approach or you're new to the path, come take a seat.
